Dose depends on your levels mostly, I've been on 4mg weekly with an E of ~123 pg/ml at trough
My prescriber wants that to be closer to ~150 pg/ml hence the small bump of half a mg

Some prescribers like to dose quite low over fear of blood clots and other risks but most of the research showing that was on synthetic estrogen so it's not super applicable, bioidentical estradiol is much less likely to cause problems, and going by blood test is much better overall due to individual metabolism and absorption rates

If you mean in a lewd context, E heavily changes arousal to be much more full body, I feel like there's more places touch is arousing and for me personally feels much more intense overall

This week's injection went well, no pain bit of blood, I remembered to up my dose like I was supposed to last week, and I ran out of my smaller needles so I'm back to 25G
