Random opinions

| Let's hear 'em g/u/ls, your random opinions, give 'em to me

I start:

I don't think aliens will be mentally prepared to know that if we ever meet them, some fuckers will draw lewd pictures of them

| I think it would be really cool if the first aliens we meet are as unreasonably horny for humans as some of us are for them

| my random opinion is that you are stunningly cute ;3

| My random opinion is that it’s better for your gas mileage to drive til ur car is pretty empty on gasoline before filling up… I think the effect is pretty small tho.

| I don't think Uzumaki is that good, enjoyed the art, but couldn't get into the story

| Randumb onions

| 1920x1200 is vastly superior than 1920x1080, and you dont need more than 1080p unless you watch tv from a distance.

| halogen bulbs are criminally underrated

i use a 16:9 monitor so i can place a terminal next to my 4:3 browser window

1080p looks pixely af, especially when you take lsd. 1440p is where it's at

| >>1107864 no u
>_<

| >>1107862 that'd be pretty cool

| >>1107895
>Uzumaki
Sounds familiar, what is it?

| >>1107903 1920x1080 is more than enough resolution, anything more than that is nonsense, I agree

>halogen bulbs are criminally underrated
Hmm? Why? Elaborate

I personally prefer Led lights that are magically cheap and not very energy hungry
I don't mind dim lights, just some light is enough

| I hate most other races. But lowkey im okay with lgbt (just the base acronym)

I assume you're familiar with the led vs filament debate about color temperature, yes? "Warm glow" leds have pretty much ended it, though most still look like hospital lighting.

Well, halogen light is slightly colder than incandescent, but of all light sources it has the most complete visible spectrum, which is why it's still used in photography and similar applications. Their light has a warm yet slightly abrasive character, that nothing else even approaches.

| >>1107963 hmm interesting!
Does that also imply you could lit up a halogen light over a plant in nighttime/or underground and the plant could grow like it's receiving sunlight?

| >>1107953 Ohh Junji ito! I remember him, I liked his story about a neverending dream

| Yes, halogen bulbs gives off a lovely and cozy spectrum of light that has a psychological effect on humans that reminds them of controlled fire. But it messes up nature like fucking crazy on several levels so it's not a good tradeoff.

| >>1107982 wowie, I think that might check out, I now realize how comfy those halogen lights are
