I feel bad a lil for the franchise owners because i think a lot of the minimum wage paying jobs actually don’t have very good margins, and the Wendy’s in my town closed because they didn’t make money, and I don’t think the employees of these businesses actually produce much value, BUT I actually agree because they could just close more fast food restaurants and stores and the people who remain could have good lives and the displaced ones could go to better jobs.
