| If you have read any analysis of genocide as a process you would know that it is abysmally labor, resource and logistics intensive. It is extremely hard to do properly and completely not worth it even from an ideological standpoint.
If you want to remove people from political process - you just strip them of rights and citizenship and stonewall them on every step.
