| I find myself caught between my own beliefs and the ones taught to me when I was a young child, the ones shown to me by my own mother. The 1990s style of democract vs current day republican and I can't simply rip myself in half to either side. I fear our compassionate side to help the immigrant is far to kind and empathetic is destructive to our own kind, vs the evil side of telling other sides to just fix their own country.

| Hey everyone portland rightoid here, I am VERY drunk atm, but despite that I have pledged my loyalty to a Turkish friend. Im sure many of you do not know but many christians believe the Turks are fucking evil. Yet I find myself empathizing with him. I find myself conflicted between my call to god and my brother's hip with him... and I do not know how to settle this.
