I cant enjoy the same games as my boyfriend and its killing me

We just don't have the same tastes, he does not seem to like most of my games, but we played duck game together a few times, it was fun.
Lately we have been playing vintage story, even tho he hates it.

Gahhh I hate being this way!!
None of these games bring me any fun, elden ring is not rewarding at all, just kill a bunch of stupid enemies so you can get to the boss and bonk them too

Lunacid is lost in a cave with tanky enemies until you bonk a stupid tanky boss
Baldurs gate chars are all insufferable, I can't stand them and I didn't find a reason to care in game.
