well, you know you can build dildos with that thing, right? it's not even a problem of abrasion, you simply sand the rough edges off if there are any. chemical risks are mitigated by slipping a condom over it. this doubles as hygiene measure. you can make it as big as you want, you know that? online 3d repositories are probably teeming with models. time for your 3dildo!

So yes you can indeed, however it's probably good to note that most people who own one own an fdm style printer and prints from those don't handle shearing force that well, and you'll be limited to things on the more firm size
But you could for just a bit more effort use the print to make a mould and then pour silicone into the mold and open your own dildo shop

As someone who owns both a resin and filament printer, do not do this. You will end up needing emergency medical care. Instead, print a master and make a silicone mould of it. You are less likely to severely injure yourself or others.
