as an alcoholic that smokes weed every day i genuinely wish i could just not and be happy w my life, even if bored. it saves you so much money and stress and esp in the case of alcohol and harder drugs preserves your health and appearances
if you wanna have some fun thats fine but please please pleaseeee know yourself and try to stay a consistent path of self care and self love as well g/u/rl

I can’t really hold the images in my mind but I can think of one thing morphing while putting myself in a ‘high’ state of mind. My therapist said part of it is me trying to manage my adhd, I want to read more about strategies for that!
