I think most of the USA has benefited from bein part of the USA where most of Russia has suffered from being part of Russia, so it’s lie urgent to split Russia, but I think it would be a good idea to split up the USA into Europe sized countries and join the EU, to prevent the USA from going downhill and help it grow.

First of all, it is not for you to talk about such splitting or joining, and decide which is better off for who. And what nonsense you wrote about who, how, and why they joined.
Secondly, you mentioned communism, talking about its oppressive methods, while not understanding anything about socio-economic formations. Read history, for example about the coups in Chile, be surprised by the "oppressive methods of capitalism".
