If your goal truly is preventing her from sexually contact young people, then you're far more likely to succeed if you approach her (personally or in DMs) about your concerns, urgently asking her to seek a therapist for helping her mental state.

I wanted to tell about it to everyone in the community where she is active, but according to her friend, if I do this, she will kill herself. I don't want to remain silent, but I feel like telling about it everyone is also wrong.
