Maybe you're rushing things? Reaching the point to where two people trust each other completely takes commitment and effort from both parties. At least that's what I assume, none of my relationships have ever reached that level where marriage and commitment is on the table.

I'm not even in a relationship, or too fond of overly romantic/traditional relationships in general. In the past few years Ive only wanted to go on a date with two people. One of whom I found out I don't think I can share everything with, but is still a good friend. Id definitely still consider a date if asked but she lives far away. The other person is AroAce, and I'd be insulting to even ask. Not to mention it could make things weird and I value their friendship a lot.

| Well aware of that, I'm just unsure how to go about it. Putting time and effort in isn't an issue, it's just that you can't force a a relationship to happen. You can give your all but if nobody comes to you for anything then, well, I think you're just out of luck. Coaxing someone to be open with you feels yucky and if you put your all in and the other person doesn't recprocate, it's nice to have a friend but I don't think I could share everything with someone like that.
