Had to walk like 30kms in a weekend, and it left my body so stiff. I'm sorry everyone, I now realize the importance of stretching. Are there any stretches you do in the mornings or before a workout? Please share your tips!

i always touch my toes in the shower while the spray eases my back. helps keep hamstrings limber, which puts less stress on your lower back

That's a good idea! My back was definitely where the stiffest muscles were. I'll start doing that in the shower too! ( >o<)
