Stretches

| Had to walk like 30kms in a weekend, and it left my body so stiff. I'm sorry everyone, I now realize the importance of stretching. Are there any stretches you do in the mornings or before a workout? Please share your tips!

Also, if you just came here to say you'll stretch my pussy, then I'm gonna stretch your mom! ( >.<)
