Cities like in EU are excluding around 40km or more space allowing only eco to drive. By eco I mean a big SUV that slurps down 12 liters of gasoline, just because it's been manufactured in the last 15 years. I have a tiny Volkswagen Polo that just sips 4 liters of gasoline, but it's too polluting for the green transportation area. Math wise, the SUV has better mass to gasoline consumption proportions than my Polo. This is why we don't really see any new tiny cars other than EVs.

Probably the tiny cars can just be electric, and raw emissions would result in tons of dirty small engines adding up, but this sounds like a regressive tax. They should be extra sure poor people will benefit.

>>1053581 elaborate how this works please. I refuse to buy any car that is smart (no tablet infotainment system. Only physical buttons. CD player) so that would mean any car I will buy cannot enter the exclusion zone, right?

Bases Scandinavia got nothing like this going on. Denmark banned lead gasoline cars though so if you show up at the border with a led guzzler it's tough luck for your sorry ass.

Poor and russian people are very important I wish they would all ask me for rides in my american small gasoline car and I would drive them wherever they want to go and play miku music and eat cookies and drink tea and I would even beep the horn along and gently swerve left and right to the music when we really got vibing!
I think the new cars are scary but if you think about it it's not so bad if it has an ipad u can cover it! it's not about the car- it's about the journey!

So you COULD use a small electric car with the ipad! and have your music on a phone with bluetooth or flash drive! I think if they get rid of the engine they will have space for enough battery for a little distance but not enough for really long trips without 3x more charges. But I think that's OK IF you have money for train tickets or renting a car. I think that the real problem is everyone being poor and the cities not having good communities or jobs.

>>1053642 And where would they be coming from to show up at the border? Germany? Sweden? Most european countries banned leaded gasoline about 25 years ago. The rest of the world also caught up making Algeria the last to ban it in 2021. About every car from the past 50 years don't take leaded fuel, which you can't even buy anymore. (you can buy lead substitute to mix with normal gasoline for your oldtimer)

>>1053672 maybe it was because they couldn't sell them in sweden so they just stopped making them for everywhere

>>1053672 Denmark banned diesel cars. Those are the ones that won't get you into the country anymore. If you drive diesel you have to turn around at the border. If you get caught inside you get a fine and told to leave the country or stash it somewhere.

>>1053767>>95d23a said leaded gasoline, that's what I'm replying to.
>>1053768 I'm sorry, but it appears you haven't gotten out of your parents basement since 2021, we don't have leaded fuel anymore silly, so not even ferries from Algeria will carry cars that run on leaded fuel. Try reading more than the very first sentence, okay? <3
