so i went to the petco the other day to ask whether they got rats. and the lady at the front asked, "for food or for drowning?". i asked what happened to the pet rats. she said nobody buys pet rats anymore and the only people they get are to buy rats to feed to pet snakes or to drown them in buckets as a social activity. you buy a box of rats and throw them in a bucket and watch them struggle and drown and when the bucket is full it's time to go home. god i love society
