Standing conversations are awkward.

| They're awkward. What do you do with your arms while you talk? It's a messy mind game to put your arms in a non-awkward position and it's way less of a pain to just talk sitting down or at a kotatsu.

| hug!
maybe grope eachother if it's not formal.

| if you can't muster the basic physical strength to stand during a conversation, how dare you expect to stand for anything in life? have the decency to show some backbone! stand tall, look people in the eye, and speak with confidence. if you can't handle something as basic as an upright conversation, you don't deserve to call yourself a functioning member of society.

seriously, unfuck yourself. smh.

| Sorry op, can't relate. My hands tend to move on their own when talking. Visualizing, gesturing, playing with my buttons, or just moving in and out of my pocket.

| After playing certain visual novels I think I began to adopt certain sprite poses to use as, mostly joking, emphasis in real life conversation. Thank goodness not everybody plays VNs; it would crush my soul to hear "Buddy ain't that the Nagito sprite?"

| Your hands are free to defend yourself

Cool! Do you bob up and down and have a cool expression too?! I need to do this!

| Have you tried to assume a fighting stance? You can never let your guard down after all!

| keep them behind your back so you can discretely cross your fingers whenever you need to tell a fib

| Op awkward af
