Is this a double standard we don't apply to other things because the act of coming out and saying I was rped is so devestating that we should assume it's true whether it is or not.

It seems to me extremely manipulative and regrettable sex is comparable to rape in being scared feeling horrible afterwards, and I hope one day we can feel loved without sex, and everyone can share it. Asexuality doesn't seem to work, and the sex drive causing this is gross

If I hear a lady was rped and I ask for the context about what happened before believing them is that wrong?
Or say that if I know the accused or perpetrator I'll be more inclined to believe them because I know them personally. Is that grounds for rpe apologia?
Like we don't apply this anywhere else in life, if a black guy is accused stealing something, sure statistically you could make the argument but why would you assume that by just looking at averages.
