Walk up to her ask why she's feeling down let her explain her problem(doesn't matter to you btw) give her your 2 pennies advices you can come up on spot or philosophic views Invite her for a drink keep your chat there till she get's tired. Never let her be aware of the time being used up, unless it's she who does force the topic.
