so my freshly installed Windows 11 sends my data to third parties

| windows 10 didnt do this. it sent data to microsoft servers in washington, sure, but not to third parties. windows 11 sends my dns data all over the place, including valve for some reason. but also mcafee and scoredreasearch. which is fucked up because neither steam nor mcafee is installed on this system. there are also some other adresses that i haven't identified yet.

i used wireshark on a different machine and scanned a mirrored switch port to get this data.

| you can have a bloat/telemetry free windows, see below
