Choosing field that you couldn't relate to isn't gonna work from what I observe.
There are various directions in cs, front end for graphic enjoyers, data analysis for peoples those likes seeing trends and problem solving.

| >>796944 thanks for sharing your opinion... true... i am just trying to get into a better field. i am originally from graphic design/animation but i did not profit well in the field (using my style ofc) so i am trying to get into another stuff (by other's recommendation) to make a better living. i cannot talk my way out saying "youcan only get this stuff if you like it" since the choice i prefer makes 0 profit so far so i need to somewhat make do with this somewhat better field...

i do like to know more about coding however, but being fluent and professional in it and "liking" it seems to be two entirely different thing... surely you didnt just get good with it by simply "liking it". shouldnt there be concepts and ideas that makes it all work?

Your foundation of graphic design should be able to tranfer on fields like front-end or game related.

If your region are consistent hiring unity, your graphic design background would be a bonus. Prepare to study basic of C#, design pattern, and shader editor for long term. And build some functional mini game for practices and portfolios, find some teammates along the way.
