I've been wondering what the most popular phone brand is with you g/u/rls.

Do you based on brand, design or specs, and do any brands hold your loyalty, or is there a specific brand that most of your phones have been from?
I personally used to have an iphone 4s, but i bought a OP6 at launch, and have used it since.

iPhone SE, the original. 16 gigs of storage. Pink. I like it quite a bit. My previous phone was another SE, exactly the same. Before that I've had a Blackberry q10. Before that it was Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray. Before that I've had dumbphones.
I like small phones. I'm thinking about 2020 SE as a new years gift for myself.

>>689068 >oneplus Having a near stock clean UI has always been their selling point. It's a shame they kinda ruined it with the next Oxygen OS update being a One UI clone.

Actually I don't care what phone I'm using as long as the DAC and built in headphone amp are decent. Oh, and fuck apple & samsung.

Requirements for me are headphone jack and no notch, I can live with a pinhole but I won't be happy about it
Side req I'm on Google fi so I want something that can take advantage of that network
Currently have a pixel XL, planning on getting a 4a 5g in October whenever it's released

Can't believe you g/u/rls manages to say iphone without being bullied. Maybe there's hope yet for this place.
I don't really care for brands as long as it does what I need it to. Got a Lenovo right now, and am pretty happy with that. Used to have a Sony Xperia and pretty happy with that too.

phones that i've used have not held up when releasing new gens or supporting old ones and it's why i have a moderate list of never again brands(inc. xiaomi&pixel) I'm hoping this changes with pine64 but been waiting half a year for that to ship.

a50 and a51 have been my favorite phones so far, massive storage (128 gigs), pretty nice camera, and looks nice and runs well. I'll always stick with android because I love apks and changing all my app icons to windows 98 ones

Loved samsung but decided to switch to a Mi note 9s. I had an a51 but i broke the screen so i had to buy something else. Figured i wouldnt invest on such an expensive phone if im such a clutz. xiaomi offers amazing specs for midranged phones at an affordable price so i have 0 complaints so far ⁄(⁄ ⁄•⁄-⁄•⁄ ⁄)⁄

I use the pixel phones, and just ordered the 4a, because my old 2 broke. They're just helpful in a lot of scenarios.

I have no preference whatsover about phones. My currwnt one is from ZTE, the previous was HTC (iirc), and I've already forgot what I had prior to that.
There have to be three conditions when I buy a new phone: 1. The old one is already in an unusable state 2. The new phone has to cost the same or less as the old one 3. The new phone has to have the same or better specs than the old phone
Everything else is pretty much irrelevant for me.

Another Xiaomi user here (Mi A2). This one has stock android as part of Android One so no bloatware which is nice and the camera is impressive for the price. I never had this much space on a phone before...
