Codeacademy is pretty good. Try the c# course or Python 3.

MIT offers programming courses through their "Open Course Ware" thing, the introduction to programming class uses Python. Can find the video series (fairly short tbh) on Youtube.

Depends on what you want to learn. Sebastian Lague's YouTube tutorials and a great way to get a grip on Unity and C#.
Remember, learning to program isn't about memorizing syntax, it's about solving problems. Spend some time following along, and just spend some time listening.
