Anonymity

| Let's say that I've got some goodies to bring in as a Developer, but I have my name linked with a wrong community that I should never have stepped in, where the word "Nigger" is commonly said and doxxing were common..

| What would be a good way to be anonymous? and I also plan to ship these goodies (I should say that it's a software) to Steam Store, although these people also know (and are friended) in my steam. What would be a good way to not be identified? least thing I would want is people recognizing me from iFunny, fuck that place.

| >using personal steam account to release products
thats like making ads in reddit using your furry porn account

make a new account dedicated for development and you're set to go

It's not like there is no mercy. Step back from that community and apologize for joining it.
Also be careful with your real identity in the internet. Use multiple accounts with different names, use a browser that offers opportunities against tracking (firefox) like scriptblocker (umatrix) and tab containers that handle cookies. Use (FL)OSS and stay away from restricted, central platforms/services that rely on exclusive proprietary client software.

Yeah, this. Just be careful and apologetic and you'll get through it.

| ?

You make youself a new account for distributing your software and that's it, baka nigger. I don't see the problem. You stay anonymous by not talking about shit that's not realated to your project, leave politics, your real life and other garbage out of it.
>>626133
You gave a good advice regarding extensions and foss, but that has nothing to do with OP's case.
Also why would he want to apologize? What for?

| >>626151
>apologetic
You too, enlighten me about your spineless ways, why should op apologize?

| >>626159
Because if they see that shit and consider not giving you the job or firing you for it talking back will get you nowhere.

| >>626177
Well, first - OP never told anything about it being a full-time job.
Second - if you apply to non-shit job where they hire people based on their skills, you know, HOW IT SHOULD BE, nobody'd turn an eye, mostly because they won't even search for your affiliation with obscure communities. At most they'll look you up on mainstream social media platforms, and if you happen to be retarded and use your real name there PLUS talking shit - that's entirely on you.

| Third - if you apply to a job which prioritizes anything other than your skills, read: sjw-filled trash bin, you'd be doing yourself a disservice by prematurily apologizing because they'll simply label you "toxic", whatever the fuck that means, and be done with it. If you don't believe me look up Richard Stallman and fsf foundation, it's not exactly the same as what I said but imo it's even more fucked.

| Typos everywhere but fuck it, you get the point I hope.

| >>626191
I do get your point, but I kind of disagree. You'd be surprised by how much people care about your social media shit these days. Some fucking colleges check your social medias for offensive shit, no joke. I mean, if it's a job with great people that aren't fucking dumb then it's not a problem, but due to cancel culture and everyone digging up everyone's past to put them down I imagine most places wouldn't want to have employees linked to shit like that.

| >>626187 you'd have to be a furracking idiot to believe employers hire you based entirely on how good you would be at the job. They should, I agree, but these days, things are different. Gotta stay smart on social media, and for the love of furrack, use alt accounts for anything you wouldn't want to be tied to you.
