Those are poorfag countries who didn't get new releases for music and movies for decades so they resorted to piracy which obviously breeds pirate culture and with the recent sanctions towards ruzzia their people pirate even more. It's kinda bittersweet in its own way imo.

i use a servarr stack (basically qbittorrent, an indexer manager, library managers and plex/jellyfin) running on a busted up old ideapad.
since it's just movies and shows i just selected a bunch of random indexers but like 1337x is good and yifi/yts.am if you're okay with like mid-ass 1080p/720p (my tv is shit so idc). also nyaa.si is good for anime.
