| i lost two of my friends to the algorithm. they only post news from either tiktok or Instagram and only want echo chamber responses. if anyone got an opinion that differs from what the algorithm feeds them they just instinctively think you're wrong but wont articulate why. it's super weird and tragic considering they weren't like this when i got to know them 8 years ago. one of them work in IT security so i figured he would know better...
