Covid pill approved in the UK

I still didn't get vaccinated, and if the rumors are true, then perhaps I won't ever even have to. I didn't bother with the vax, 'cause neet here and I only go out to the public once a month at midnight.

| Seems nice... You be careful though.

| Why not get vaccinated? It's not like it's bad for you. No risk, only gain.

Lol

| The covid pill, you mean the overly expensive one that has limited applications and that you have to take everyday? Sure seems better than an inexpensive vaccine, that also protects others, huh?
I love how people tend to be antivax by default, is this a new trend?

>is this a new trend
Politicians have been offering "change" every election cycle and your only choices have been overtly fascist and covertly fascist since at least Reagan.
And politicians are generally the outward-facing part of the establishment, so I entirely understand distrusting institutions.
>t. a vaccinated g/u/rl

With a little bit of informed reading you can get a decent scientifical grasp of what vaccines actully are and how they work. Blindly distrusting institutions isn't a very solution-oriented mindset to have, moreso during a pandemic.

It's true that you don't have to learn these things to function, but knowing about them certainly makes living in the 21th century a lot easier.

Yeah, these pills costs $700 a week and is only given to the most frail and immunosuppressed. Being anti-science isn't a good enough reason to get these prescried.

They're also substantially less effective than the vaccines.

| What do science deniers think science is? There is nothing magical about science. It is simply a systematic way for carefully and thoroughly observing nature and using consistent logic to evaluate results. So which part of that exactly do they disagree with? Do they disagree with being thorough? Using careful observation? Being systematic? Or using consistent logic?

How does a single g/u/rl become so incredibly based?
