It's not /some/ elites. It's THE elite, and their actual name is capitalists. And they're not even an "elite", because this would imply their status is legitimated through exclusive qualifaction. But again more and more their reign is only based on their private property of industrial production means, like once the reign of feudal "elites" was only based on their property of land.
