I doubt it. He's not up for parole until 2036 and that's without the added federal charges which will be served on top of this one if convicted. He hinted at suicide in his speech towards the victims family so I doubt he'll even last that long.
Sadly this is an incredibly high profile case and doesn't represent a widespread solution.
