Anyone remember the venus Project?
| I think the idea is good. The only problem is, that if this project turns out to be economically successful I expect it being bombed back to stone age like it already was done with the similar cybersyn project in chile in the 70s.
You won't overcome global capitalism without being confronted with the ruling (=capitalist) class and their henchmen. They already showed people how far they go to defend their privileges several times.

| Used to be this post scarcity futurist thing that made a big deal years back thats just been forgotten now.
What do you think about it and the ideas it put forward? Interesting? Unrealistic or little of both?
