I think we might have a large scale famine soon

| There's growing season for 80% of the planet right now and we're low on fertilizers so expect a rise in food costs or even a famine later this year or next. Thoughts?

| it does conveniently solve the problem of what to do with a few billion people after we've automated them out of a living with ai

| War in middle east, casualties: gazillion niggers dead from famine

| Yeah it’ll just be in India/Africa. Not really important though sad

| >>1097886 ai is massively oversold because none of the people with capital tied up in it want to face the fact that the whole thing basically boils down to "don't you dare stop gambling or we'll have to admit we had lost from the start"

| At least a solution to the first world problems of Mass-Obesity, Bulemia and Ozempic.

| Ah well, the things Muslims let to create. Or create. Or let. Or Iranian. Or, whatever shifting blames. It's like a naked man in the garden. Or midnight offering. "Sharing sins" gee, that's a Trojan horse. Do more maybe, but I gues it's a fuckin ... Dressups. French sure inspires it. Or was correct. Nvm.

| Eat the rich!

| ew famine sound pretty close to female; no thanks.

| >>1097884 They say hunger in your life leads you to doing great things because it motivates you, expect a great boost in social productivity this year.

| I don't want to be hungry. I want to get high.

| >>1098288
That's obvious bullshit lol

| >>1098337 It's true.

| >>1098354
Fuck off, retard.

read the "incentive theory of motivation" part, chud

>theory

| Learn how the scientific process works before you try to peddle science articles as hard facts, projection-kun.

tl;dr I was right, you were wrong. tRvTh NvKe

| >they say
>provide example of them saying
>>it's just a game theory sis
happy pride i suppose

| >>1098373
Ergo my first post, what they said is bullshit. Happy pride month for real though.

| >>1098374
you'll forgive me for trusting a behaviorist than someone spouting truth nukes online they at least had formal training sry

| >>1098288
And I say, as long hungry and oversaturated people coexist in the same global economic system, it doesn't matter if "hunger" is an individual motivator for productivity, because the fruits of this productivity aren't in control by those who are hungry, but by those who are oversaturated.

| Countries with highly industrialized agriculture aren't that much threatened by a famine.

The only issue there is, that hungry Masses suffer from malnutrition and obesity through highly industrial processed, cost-optimized trash food. And then they sell you expensive dietary supplements and medical treatments (ozempic anyone?).

Development countries are more threatened by famine, because they can't protect their local markets from overproducing industrialized countries exports.

| >>1098375
you shouldn't blindly trust some rando behaviourists guess from a science paper you don't understand in the first place. if hunger is such a motivator then how come poor countries aren't leaders in innovation?

| thinking that famine = social progress is fucking retarded

| Cool! Stay hungry! I’m not going to eat anything else today and I’ll tell u all how it turns out ^^

| >>1098400 but mr marx-chan said if im a good goy I can eat 1 bread slice a day

| >>1098434
Update: I immediately got bored and ate 3 candy bars and a liter of soy milk. Sorry gurls…
