different between "Illegal" immigrant and immigrant?

| none.

there are no such thing as illegal immigrant, all human are legal and have right to be alive.

| Because you said so? Where is this right comes from?

Ivan moment. Gb2 ruzzia

| >>1061571
Or what?

| The only thing keeping me from slitting your throat is the fact that the people around you will retaliate. Not your illusionary “right” to live.

| Illegal immigrants are undocumented. The government has no idea they are here. If they commit a crime they can’t be found because no information about them is known.

Legal immigrants have been granted permission by the state, this includes:
Permanent residents (green card holders in the U.S.)
Temporary visa holders (student, tourist, or work visas)
Refugees or asylum seekers who have been officially accepted
Naturalized citizens (former immigrants who became citizens)

| >>1061579 Oh, there is another thing. I probably need visa to get to you, op. This also makes challenging your right to be alive a little bit more difficult.

| Being human doesn’t automatically grant you the right to get US citizenship.

| >>1061580
Yeah this is the answer it means you’re in the country through immigration not legally.
>>1061581
I would give u it if I had one
>>1061583
It probably should tbh.

| how privileged op must be, to think of residency and citizenship as mere trifles
the world is yet to see a single brown person ever spout this garbage

| >>1061590
You don’t know what kind of people you let inside your country. They all should go through a process of gaining citizenship like I did

| >>1061607 >>1061608
ruski trolls aren't even believable

| Do you want a bigger discussion? I have a nuclear take about that actually

| >>1061626 just say it duh

The very concept of citizenship is old and is more of a chain than a boon to a person. Notably it is also assigned without choice. It is essentialy a mechanism for legal abuse and an easy way for anything xenophobia.
We need to discard the concept of citizenship alltogether and think of something new. We NEED to make social contracts consensual and revokable.
And no, I have no alternative. And no, anarcho-capitalism is 200% not it.

| But a sane migration reform will probably do the trick, from what I've heard US is extremely retarded in that regard even compared with 3d world.

| 3rd world needs immegrants the most so perhaps that’s an area they actually have gold government I think ;)
Did u know Brazil I think in its constitution has the promotion of immegration as one of the things.
I know a Brazilian girl who is really cute! Hurray Brazil!

| "Illegal" immigrants:
Poor people who flee from oppression, war and poverty but have hardly any more but their labor force.

"Legal" immigrants:
Rich people that want to hide their assets, gained through (inherited or ongoing) exploitation from others (including first ones).
