Well it looks like they are the subgenre from EDM (not sure), but I think Anime Dubsteb is just adding some anime noises to their absurd/random noises, meanwhile Kawaii Bass provides warm bounce and sometimes there's vocal and anime noises in it, and it is cute just like the name Kawaii.
