Well my opinion is that they left it ambiguous on purpose so the edgy metal fans could go crazy with their edgy stuff while they could still easily claim it's not in case it got them on legal trouble

they were edge-lords. they weren't really antisemetic they just, in their own words, were "interested" in those subjects. Slayer fucking rules so who gives a fuck
