Where to download not-well-known music?
| It depends on the artist and wherever they choose to upload their music at the end of the day, the best bet is downloading off of youtube, I'm not sure if there is anyway to download off soundcloud without their app ( I'm sure there is a way ) Have you at least tried searching for the song that you wanted to download?

Searching the band their music looks to be only released on the likes of youtube music, well your best bet is just ripping it off of youtube at this point till the band sorts their shit out

| Their most popular song on youtube music is streamed in Opus (VBR) up to 160 Kbps which is the same as the free version of spotify and apple music. It's unlikely that the band even release their music in higher quality. Soundcloud Go+ might have it but it's subscription only and I kinda doubt it.
