| There's a difference between sexual and romantic attraction. Sex has no real impact on romantic attraction (apart from the influence of stereotypes and social constructs, which I admit have a strong influence), so what you're saying seems to fit in a bisexual tendency.
But I don't see the point of searching explanations, be attracted by people you are attracted to, love people you love, and don't bother trying to fit in a definition or another.

Yeah, I'm aware. I know a fair amount about sexual orientations. I know roughly what category I'd fall under, but again, I guess it just kinda cought me off guard to realise I'm not straight. I'm not exactly surprised, but, yeah. I won't try to fit any definition or anything. I'm not interested in making my sexual attractions my identity.
