If they're a prostitute that's a very high risk profession, and should really just be treated the same as other high risk jobs (like a cop) except that you would have to accept the fact that they have sex with other people regularly, and you cannot safely have unprotected sex even if tested regularly.

| OP here. This is something I have been pondering for a good while.
