Usually via facebook groups for the convention in question.
Most of the time they will not be so blatantly advertised as an "orgy" tho.
Also, keep in mind: it's gonna be a sausage fest.
Good ones will have "ground rules" set up. This one had a "two person per one girl" limit too, believe it or not.
