| why not? most anthropologists agree that based on archeological data and physiology, neanderthals were more intelligent and more physically robust than sapiens, with structured communities. if the implication was that you want a caveperson slampiece, i get it, that has a certain appeal too, but that would be more erectus or cro-magnon than neanderthal.
