I don't like the sad and angry posts she makes or her asking for help with stuff which just isn't working but I would love for her to be a happy g/u/rl who can't english well but is having fun and being nice. My dad is really smart and a manager, and he's retired but his former people still call him up for advice cause he really cares about people and does a good job. He says a big thing is to change things when people are struggling because people get trapped in loops where they can't admit they're doing bad, but you can give them a new task or environment and they can thrive

Yeah, I got the feeling she's gone through a lot of injustices in her life and that no one understands her. She doesn't really portray herself as a very sympathetic figure though and everytime someone's nice to her it fuels her self-destructive tendencies.
At least we can stop being mean to each other since that obviously doesn't work either.

| I did catch a glimpse of a doodle she made of a man sitting in an armchair and I really liked it. It was genuinely good and had an interesting style. She got potential if she ever manages to channel it constructively.
