| Seems our new friend at the top's got a pretty big grudge against open carry; which was never legal mind you, but still... The GCPD is currently discussing plans to better equip their officers and beat cops, and to gain the permission to arrest anyone with a weapon above class-1 if it's not carried. that still makes Class-3 guns (Rifles and all that) illegal to even conceal on yourself, but yeah.
Considering the mess in DT, I'd say he's got the right idea.
