There might be a stash of spare military equipment, try not to mess with it too much.
But other than that, you're probably going to be living alone unless you want to request a watchman to help you ward off... unwanted attention, I'm sure there's a couple people here interested in hearing stories. You don't need to pay rent, though we do have a good bit of wounded from recent events. We have our own medics, but we'll take any help we get.

I had my run-ins with military hardware, enough to know not to mess around with it even it were to belong to me. You don't need to worry.
In any case, I'll gladly take you up on your offer, both for the place of residence and in regards to helping out treating any injuries.
I wouldn't call myself a RipperDoc, but extensively studied cyberware in university. If you or others have need, I can help with that too.

- Yes I am willing to tell stories.
- Yes, I will treat any wounds you might suffer should you allow me to live with you.
- I will pay a month of rent in advance as a deposit.
- I am quiet and do not need much, but social interactions would be preferable.
- I might occasionally bring injured people home to treat them. I will pay for the trouble.
