It's getting cold! Does anybody have a used heater?

| My apartment doesn't have heating, and my landlord won't call somebody in to fix it, so I'm resorting to drastic measures.
Does anybody in GC have a spare heater? I just need a small guy. Battery or Plug-In is nice, and the oldest I'll take is from 2064. I'd just like to get through the winter.
