[NEWS] Illegal Gambling Ring Brought to Justice?
| Henn was brought into custody this afternoon after being found alone, handcuffed on top of a moving bus.

UPDATE: Reports have identified GCPD Officer Peter Murphy as the one responsible for bringing Henn into custody. He had this to say:
"The man was already cuffed when I arrived. This has gotta be the work of Detective Liang Gou, That crazy bastard."
Upon further investigation we have confirmed that Detective Gou is recovering at a nearby hospital following injuries sustained from collision into a road sign and subsequent fall from the roof of a bus.

We've been able to meet with Detective Gou in his hospital room and we are happy to report that he is awake and on his way to a full recovery. We asked for him to make a statement:

| Suspected owner and operator of an illegal cockfighting ring in downtown GC was brought into custody.
Hannibal Henn, 32 had reportedly been running a cockfighting operation which in addition to being unregulated gambling; was known to bring in his own competitors with cybernetic augmentation: variable "super cocks" to scam money out of his patrons.
