| I've heard rumours about some dude cutting guys up and vanishing from the scene, but never heard anybody call them "K".

Just some mixed reports- most of then are pretty par for the course, but except for the boss of some accounting firm, most of the victims are just common trash.
The one that set some datafaxes off is about how a train groper somehow got *shot*, with... a silenced pistol round, probably a shitchetti 500, while in a crowded train, that was packed to the brim, and no one like noticed he was dead until the train stopped.
Even if they were cloaked that's some drek.
