(NEWS) Ritualistic Murder Cases in Downtown.
| There had been three separate cases reported and investigated over the previous week, of which two had been recorded by security camera. The footage all showed a group of individuals dressed in a black cloak and a white mask with a notable red ankh symbol on both piece of clothing.
| In both of the recorded cases the killing had been highly ritualistic in nature. The victims were forcefully dragged into a room (So-called the marked room by the police) and murdered via sharp objects. After the death of the victim, the blood were drawn and used to write various messages on the wall of said designated room, the victim's flesh were also carved out and put in a bucket while some of the bones were powderized and used to write a pentagram at the center of the room.
| None of the suspects had been apprehended as of today. The GCPD are investigating further into a possibility of a new cult sect, or a resurgence of an old one.

Another case of murder of similar nature had been reported, and one suspect out of five involved in the new case had been arrested, though the GCPD had refused any further information on said suspect.

| Update! An apartment building in Downtown District had been destroyed via a large amount of explosive. Through originally thought to be the work of some criminal or terrorist organization, a new website containing the footage of the explosion proved that the actual proprieter was indeed the self-proclaimed 'Cult of Savior's Resurrection'. Judging by the uniform shown and at the scenes, it is believed that this was the same cult that had commited a series of murder in the same area.
| GCPD suspected that this new emerging cult has some relations to another cult believed to have been wiped out, The Cult of the Savior, due to similarities between the two in terms of uniform and proclaimed dieties, though the theory had yet to be confirmed.
| The Cult of the Savior was a cult that had launched a district wide attack on civilians, law enforcements, and corporate entities the previous year. It had been supposedly wiped out by a combined effort between the GCPD and a Private Company New Dawn Security(NDSec), the later of which had recently pulled out from Glitch City due to the combined lawsuit following unauthorized use of EMP technology during the in the Glitz District against EAGLE during the Glitz Peacekeeping Mission.

A mysterious trideo link leading to a 'declaration' of a 'war' had been distributed to all users on danger /u/, a famous message board. Although this could be a work of mockery against the new cult, the GCPD believed that this is possibly another cult opposed to the new cult. Although the uniforms shown in the video and the mentioning of a 'savior' suggests that both shares relations to the previously-mentioned Savior Cult.
| A few incidents of violence involving civilian deaths had broken out in the streets of Downtown, footage from nearby security cameras as well as bodies found at the scene suggested suspects in uniform of both the Cult of the Savior's Resurrection and its mysterious rivals appeared in the distributed trideo are involved in all incidents. The GCPD had issued a statement encouragings citizens living in Downtown District to stay indoors unless outdoors activity is absolutely necessary.

| The Glitch City Police Department(GCPD) had issued a warning to occupants of the Downtown District to beware of dark unlit pathways at night as well as encouraging citizens to stay inside and lock the doors at night, following an investigation on series of murder cases all over the district.
