Observations, report 21/10
| We started back in America in the year 1947 after the discovery of an abnormality called the Magnetrine effect, which you may have heard of before. But after a few years were divided from our original organization of DART to focus on more, nebulous affairs.
Although it may sound like fiction, we are in truth looking into time anomalies, and all other affiliated fields of researches that one may describe as Occult at best...
although, we are toroughly scientific in our approach.
| We have been through a lot throughout the years but we have never found any true abnormalities or occultic occurences past the year 2008. But we endeavour forward, for it is our duty to find, and explain, the unexplainable.

Now, to begin.
We have come here in glitch city towards the end of the last year.
| After setting up our equipement we have been looking for any gravitational or spatial disturbances, without much success for the first weeks.
It was then that I slowly began to realize something odd.
Although most of my amercian co-workers had a similar schedule in mind at all times, and could always remember the dates and years perfectly. we found that many of our DART researchers who had spent a lot of time in GC were confused when looking at our schedules and imported calendars
| Noticing this, it was brought to the attention of our Supervisor, Erika Von Sumeriko who proceeded to undergo the necessary proceedures to have everyone working within the Super complex to be questionned and to record the data in a research document.
Those proceedings lasted well until the 9th month of the year, seeing as we had to go trough about 600 officers, 200 GC native employed for other work (janitor, security detail etc) and about 25 Specially designated military regiments
| As such, after compiling the results of this massive questionning base, we found something truly odd.
most people could agree on a date, and a time of day being constant.
but most of those who had been either
A) native to Glitch City or its surroundings
B) had been here for more than 24 months
C) Had started living alone in Glitch city within the last 6 months
had difficulty agreeing with those who came from abroad on a very simple fact.
The Year it was.
| You must imagine our shock once we found out about this, as this had never occured before, atleast to our knowledge in Colorado or Nevada (Or Sweden for that matter)
Thus we started trying to refine our sample and find a possible explanation.
First off was to question people outside of the Loop supercomplex, as the Eclipse and the accelerator may have been a variable, and if it was, safety mesures needed to be taken promptly.
we started by questionning Midnight residents:

| We questionned the following:
250 Office workers
500 Lower end workers
200 Police and law enforcement officers
50 High School students living in dorms
50 High School students living alone
150 Lilims
For a total of 1300 people questionned.
| Out of all those that were tested, we have found that about 47.3 percent told us dates that were either erroneous or simply impossible. Including a mention of 2009, and one of 2706.
This data having been collected outside the range of influence of the Loop's Electroheart, we had proven it was not a factor, but that in turn made the mystery keep growing still.
It was then that we finally decided to open the black boxes on our sealed recording devices and truly dig down.
| Now, I will not bore you all with the technical details. But according to many a theory, the world could be compared to that of a text file, or computer program, not in every way of course but in the form of the matter that most things contain intrinsic "information" to them. this is a complex and cutting edge field of study, but all you need to understand is that usually, this "information" is consistant and can be somewhat accuratly measure by instruments and mathematics.
| And so, we at the laboratory began using said instruments to try and find variations within this "information" to try and see if anything had upset some kind of balance in gravitation or space-time... and I know this sounds like science fiction, but bear with me here.
In the first week of searching we found out that there had been Three spikes in readings within Glitch city, a number we had never seen anywhere before. not even in 2008!
| The closest one was set as of last month, a spike originating from Downtown.
The second one was a small spike originating from around flooded, we are still trying to look up info on it
The Third was a large spike at the start of what you all refer to as the EDEN civil war, back 3 years ago if I am not mistaken?
We have yet to ascertain what this information means, but our scientists are working around the clock to figure things out.
| As we have no way of ascertaining the veracity of those spikes of activity (after-all they could simply be remnants from gravitational shifts in the past, or particularly noisy technology) we are currently trying to expand our net and loom into more avenues to figure out what is truly going on within this city!
as such one of the initiative handed over to me by my superior was to talk on this very board and share our observations to get both comments and testimonies.

| Hmm, there's been talks of that stuff all the way back since a few years, some documents pertaining to The Giga-Project from A Corp. did mention some of this stuff, and a lot of people have noticed that it. But for some reason, the news never reports on it. Lots of people know, but nobody talks, smells like a big, juicy conspiracy to me.

According to our supervisor Von Sumeriko, it probably has some relation, but nothing has been proven as of yet, rather I'm impressed someone here would even mention that old theory... Major Sumeriko is old, so I kind of expect it from her

Yup! The Eden civil war is an obvious convergence point if I can think of one. Even if it was short it was the source of many casualties and pain. -CN

My name is Special Engineer Tanner from the local Gravitron research center in midnight.
I'm writing here a report of such at the behest of my superior Doctor Von Sumeriko, as apparently many of you on here have dedicated efforts or thoughts to our subject of study.
