You seem to be misinformed
Firstly we did not shut down the whole district in this regard. That is a result of the EMP we have shut down power to NDSec infrastructure as they have taken illegal actions, and is our obligated agreement with QUINCY as an incorporated organization to uphold the law to our best ability.
This is outlined in all contracts with Jinterprise that we would terminate service if continuing would find us in violation of our other contracts.
