(Announcement)Glitz District Peacekeeping and Humanitarian Aids
| We have heard of the crisis taking place in the Glitz District, and of the act of a certain individual who had proclaimed himself to be the ruler of said district. He has gathered up forces in what seems to be an act of war, which would disturb the peace and prosperity of all involved. By now, the violence has escalated from the scale of a riot to that of a civil war, with no sign of stopping.
| After some consideration, we have decided to intervene with this crisis, we will be sending our units, professionally trained contractors coming from both inside Glitch City and abroad, to help push back the movement of said individual, as well as providing humanitarian aid to those who had suffered from his act.
| While we do not believe that violence should always be resolved with violence, the action of this individual had gone too far beyond negotiation, many good and innocent citizens already have and will suffer through his/her actions. These actions may also have a chance of spreading outside of just Glitz district into the whole city.
| As such, we announce the start of a peacekeeping campaign, as you may say, to control, and if possible, push back the spread of violence from the Glitz District and aid those in need of essential resources and supplies. We hope that you understand and comply with our standard to help this campaign succeed in good times.

| White Lightning will be participating in this campaign is in the form of enabling essential resources to make it to citizens and non-citizens affected by this crisis.
We in no way will be participating in the conflict directly, but intend to also offer assistance to those affected by relaxing datacaps on transmission tiers and offering a short-term rolling credit of on matrix utility costs for the entirety of this conflict. -W.L.

| >NDSec force starts their assault, in an attempt to separate the two factions from furthur conflicts, they pushed right in between the frontlines of both factions. The force consist mainly of contractors, supported by engineers, tanks, armored troop transports, and air support. They fire upon combatants of both factions, but try their best to minimize civilian casualties and collateral damage.
| We are pleased to hear that White Lightning will aid our cause. We are delighted to hear that there are other such faction that cares about the denizen of Glitch City and we hopes that more would be willing to give back to their community.
| We have set up medical tents and outposts in various spot surrounding Glitz district to distribute supplies as well as treat to the wounded and the sick. I recommend good citizens of Glitz to evacuate the district for the time being as the conditions are no longer safe. We recommend that you seek out nearest NDSec outpost in the Glitz District within the next week, where we will escort you out via means of armored vehicles to the nearby safe location outside the district.
| The situation so far has been a success as the two major factions have finally stopped the violence towards eachother, although they remains hostile toward us with increased hostility. We will see through that all civilian population have been evacuated and we remain optimistic that the situation will be resolved in good times.

| >Over the next week, NDSec doubled their effort to evacuate the population of Glitz District, they have also push through to the center of the Glitz District before stopping the assault and turning completely defensive. Some of NDSec elite high-tech units and more sophisticated weapons and vehicles are being pulled out. Only the simplest of technology remained inside Glitz district. NDSec assault tactics was replaced by a series of entrenched and fortified positions.

| >Shortly after the general evacuation of the city, a district-wide EMP device was activated. The device itself was in the most secured outpost in the center of the district. This should disable any electronic devices, whether it be the high-tech exo-suit, large vehicle, or communication devices. This should further cut off the contact between two allied faction, leaving them alone. All shared information, unless copied and stored in non-electronic devices, should be inaccessable.

The computer-assisted weaponry was replaced by those that can be used without electronic components. CAS from aircraft was replaced with artillery bombardment from near by outpost. Communication between units was still possible via NDSec's EMP-resistant communication device.

We have activated a district-wide EMP pulse as a counter measure against new high-tech threats presense introduced by the hostile factions. As you may know, our contractors are known for theie proficience in using non-cyber equipments, and we shall utilize that to full potential.
| As for any civillian still trapped inside hostile areas of Glitz District, especially lilims and augmented humans, please seek out nearest possible NDSec Outpost, where we shall escort you to the nearest uneffected region. Lilims and Augmented Personnel may feel less conscience as the result of the first wave of EMP, please seek out nearest NDSec outpost immediately to avoid possible death as a result of additional EMP pulses due to activate within the next week.

| >As a response to the outrage about possible civilian casualties from the EMP, NDSec force have set up and search and rescue attachment tasked with finding and escorting unconscious EMP-sensitive civilians, as well as rescuing other civilians trapped in the warzone. All MDSec outpost still accept civilian refugees and will still escort them to areas outside the district.

| We would like to offer a heartfelt apology to those who are effected by the mistake we have made. We acknowledge that by utilizing the EMP technology we are putting a large part of the population at risk, hence the increased evacuation before and after the EMP pulse. The type of EMP device used was supposed to be able to submit a pulse strong enough to disable some electronics, but have a certain filter that would allow the pulse to not post any harm to EMP-sensitive people.
| Due to a miscalculation, the pulse filter was ineffective, which resulted in the current catastrophe. We recognize our mistake and decided to cancel the planned additional EMP pulse to minimize the number of civilian casualties. We do realize that the damage was done, that countless civilian lives and properties are lost, and we ready to compensate and take responsibility for our action.
| I admit that it was a big mistake on my part and I apologize once again for my mistake. The company has decided that my command be taken over by Noah Bolter, Commander of Glitch City New Dawn Assault Regiment, and you will be hearing from him shortly.

As you may have known already, Dorian Dale's command of the campaign has been succeeded by me, Noah Bolter, I admit that his decision with the EMP was a step in the wrong direction. I apologize once again for the mistake made by him.
| Now, the steps would be simple and we would proceed with as little bloodshed as we can manage. This last step, however, require the assistance from you, dear citizens of Glitch City, to not grant support to this movement. We will take the blow from the movement's force, and will keep doing so until they collapse. What you have to do is to not support them, the less they are supported, the quicker the movement shall collapse.
| We here at NDSec have dealt with movements like this before, and we do believe that they are not very different. While currently they are a blazing fire, they will burn out into nothing but ash as long as nobody is willing feed it. When they are without support, they will throw themselves against our force, which will act as a wall to stop the violence from spreading out of control, and eventually break and scatter.
