| Like glitch city, Brad city consists of a city state built upon an artificial island. Shortly after it's creation, the Gladsheim corporation, then called "Bradcorp" swooped in and claimed a leadership position.
This, the president of Bradcorp, Brad ingram became president of the city.
It's rumored that Bradcorp changed it's name to Gladheim after Brad got tired of saying every time when he was listening to news about his company.

| Chad Ingram, brother to the famous and philantopic president Brad Ingram of Brad city announced his trip to Glitch city earlier this week.
Although chancellor Chad, together with Brad currently are in control of the Gladsheim corporation, according to a spokes person, this visit has nothing to do with buisness, and he simply wishes to extend congratulations to mayor QUINCY.
