Winter is in full swing as the previously, perhaps mercifully, light layer of snow that paved the streets of Glitch City give way to an absolute torrent of the stuff, no less than 25.4 centimeters locking down travel by foot and automobile.
Chummers flying by spinner (flying cars), helicopter, or airplane are less effected as wind speeds remain tolerable. However, distant rumors tell of the possibility of a "superstorm" that can strike at any time, for no discernible reason.
Naturally, this also means that the weather city wide is inordinately cold, enough that the snow won't be melting anytime soon. Stay inside- have a pint or two of your favorite brandy or cocoa. But keep in mind...
