| Haha no, but I think I remember what you're talking about. That one was "Nurunuru shita Sarariman no Uōkina Bōken!" and was about the reverse trap woman who got transformed into a humanoid slime.
But when 9kids bought the rights to show it overseas, they cut out everything related to the slime stuff except for like one gag episode, until finally, in season 2, they just rebranded it entirely.

Basically Bubble Gal is about a girl with psychic powers that she uses to fight crime by MIND BLASTING people and creating "bubble" shields to protect herself and people from harm!
And also her obnoxiously large helmet looks like a bubble! Or... uh... one of those weird retro spacesuits. You know the kind.
